After so many years working in support, we felt there is a real need for our Private customers to have access to cost effective help from a support team that doesn’t confuse them with techie jargon and can be relied upon to the right work at a realistic cost.
With the heavy use of PCs and the increasing use of the internet (and the associated risks from viruses, spyware and Ad-aware), more and more PC's need regular fixes or `servicing` to keep them running as they should. We pride ourselves on our flexibility. We can visit your home to work on your PC, or if you have working internet access, we can provide a remote support service and fix your pc while you watch.
