As our price states we charge a £45 fixed fee!

 

This includes up to 3 hours computer support on one PC (no VAT). We are based in Reading, Berkshire and generally cover a 30 mile radius for the above fee.

If you are outside our supported area, it doesn’t mean that we can't help you, we may well be able to fix you remotely and offer a full refund if we can't.

* Our £45 fee allows for up to three hours support time on one PC (no VAT charges). Parts are extra and will be passed on at cost price. Very occasionally more complex fixes may take longer. Should this be the case we will discuss progress with you, explain the issues and estimate how much more work will be required before we continue.
