You will also get two free callouts per year and if you need more they will be charged at just £10 per callout, but most of the time we can fix you remotely anyway.

* Our £45 fee allows for up to three hours support time on one PC (no VAT charges). Parts are extra and will be passed on at cost price. Very occasionally more complex fixes may take longer. Should this be the case we will discuss progress with you, explain the issues and estimate how much more work will be required before we continue.
